What are Pure Magik’s retail store opening hours.

Approx. trading hours: Online 11am - 5pm.  In store Friday 11am - 4, Saturday 11 - 5,  Sunday 11 - 4pm

How do I get to the Pure Magik store by public transport?

Pure Magik is a short walk or Light Rail ride from Central Station up Devonshire or Foveaux St to leafy Crown Street. So many buses go down Crown or Cleveland Streets.

train: Central Station is right next door to Surry Hills

light rail: catch this from Central towards Randwich or Kingsford and get off at the first stop at top of the hill. Your in Surry Hills. Walk one block the way the light rail goes towards Crown St. Cross over from the pub and turn left. Walk along Crown St one and half blocks to 528 Crown St. 

bus 304:from Circular Quay via Castleraegh St

bus 352: Marrickville to Bondi via Cleveland St

busM50: from Drummoyne to Coogee via Cleveland St

Can I park at Pure Magik?

There is free 2 hour parking outside Pure Magik between Arthur and Devonshire Streets. You can also find free parking in the back streets.

Why does my order say "awaiting payment"?

We do not charge customers cards until the stock is ready to be delivered. Your private info is safe with PayPal or Stripe, we have a little button to push when everything is ready. Hope that explains why your card has not been charged yet.

Do you have larger sizes?

Our sizes range from XXS= 6, XS = 8, S = 10, M = 12, L = 14 XL = 16 XXL =18 It depends upon the brand what sizes we stock.

Some of the clothing is one size fits all. Best idea if you are unsure is to come into the store and try it on.

Can an online SALE product be returned?

Yes. We offer a store credit only if it meets return conditions (read below) minus free shipping costs if any. Sale or Final Sale products cannot be refunded. You must contact us with your request within 14 days of date of delivery and return the item to us within 21 days. Return postage costs will be at your expense.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

We have stock coming in all the time. You can email us your request or call us during shop hours. If we can help you we will.

I cannot see the product I want online?

We stock around 2000 products, which is a lot for a little boutique, for instance we have over 400 earrings. Little of the jewellery is online. If you think we have some thing but cannot find it online please email or call. We are working towards populating our website further.

Do you place items on backorder?

Some items can be placed on back order. We try to avoid displaying products online that are out of stock. If your desired item has sold out, you will be contacted to arrange a store credit or refund if we are unable to supply the item within your time frame.

Do you do giftwrapping?

Yes, only jewellery can be gift-wrapped. There may be an expense involved for a jewelry box. Please include your contact details when ordering.

Do you do Giftcards or Vouchers?

If you are unsure about what to buy someone but know they love Pure Magik then a gift voucher is the way to go. At the moment we only do physical Voucher Cards. They can be given as a gift to use in-store but not online. Please call 02 9699 5029 (store hours) to order one and it can be posted out immediately to the persons address you wish to give it to.

Can I purchase gift vouchers online?

No not at the moment.Please call 02 9699 5029 (store hours) to order one and it can be posted out immediately to the persons address you wish to give it to.Pure Magik gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and can only be used in-store. The voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Can I use gift vouchers online?

At the moment Pure Magik gift vouchers can only be used in-store.

Can I place an item on hold for purchase later?

We have a layby option. You can place a product on hold by calling the store 02 9699 5029 during opening hours. We will ask you for your contact information and a 30% non-refundable deposit, you then have one month to complete the payment. On the website, items must be ordered and paid for immediately and are available only while stocks last.

Do you have any discount codes for new customers?

Many products we have on the website are discounted in one way or another. We don't have any extra codes, we just give our customers an excellent price to begin with, you would have a hard time finding better. If you join our mail list occasionally we might have a special code but we are only a two person business so we generally keep things simple.  

Where are the products Pure Magik sell made?

We proudly support many Australian Fashion Designers and a number of jewelry designers that use fine quality materials & cloths sourced from all over the world. Further information can be found on each products page under ‘Product Description’ and ‘Other Details’.

Pure Magik enjoys knowing all of our Australian suppliers and know how committed they are to working ethically.

Jewelry we import from over 16 different countries. We travel to and meet with many of the suppliers. Some jewelry we design ourselves. We stock over 2,000 items in the retail shop. Some products use sustainable plantation wood and natural leather dyes. If you have any specific concerns please ask.

Often clothing and accessories come with country of origin information.

I’m allergic to some jewelry; can I wear Pure Magik’s?

We stock silver and non-allergenic nickel & cadmium free jewelry. The findings used meet testing standards.

Can I get help over the phone?

Yes, please call 02 9699 5029 during shop hours ( Friday 11 -4, Saturday 11-5, Sunday 11-4) and talk with one of our helpful staff.

What methods of payment does Pure Magik accept?

Available payment options will be presented at checkout. Pure Magik online accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard. The Pure Magik shop accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express and cash.

Can I change my online order once it has been placed?

Please call us during shop hours with your request or email after hours. Completed and sent orders cannot be altered but if we can make a simple change like colour or size for you we will try. The quicker you contact us the more likely we may be able to make the change.

Do you send purchases Internationally?

Yes, we send to New Zealand, Canada, UK, USA. If you are in another country please email us or call during Australian shop hours. 

New Zealand Flat Rate $20 

Flat Rate to USA/Canada $30, UK $35

What currency is displayed on this website?

All prices are in Australian dollars. If you purchase from outside of Australia you will be charged a transfer fee by your card's bank that will be recorded separately to the price Pure Magik charges. 

Can I order and have things sent to multiple addresses?

No and yes, if you want to send to multiple addresses then place a separate order for each separate address from your account.

How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Pure Magik. If for any reason you need to return your product for an exchange, we will happily exchange your product for another item of equal value or different size/colour within 14 days of delivery, if the product and packaging is in an "as new" condition. When can I expect new products to be listed on your website?

We are constantly updating our product range, as new seasons arrive more styles are released!
